Layaway Plans

Layaway Payment arrangements:

Payments scheduled as follows: $5.00  non-refundable layaway fee paid at the time of ordering, on the remaining balance  layaway payments are to be made every two weeks. Layaways will be for 60 days.  If you would like to have your order shipped, shipping charges must be paid in Full before any item is shipped.   No Exceptions.

Cancellation Charges: If you cancel a layaway order, the initial deposit payment will be treated as a restocking fee and will be forfeited. Any remaining funds paid will be given back to the buyer. There are no refunds under any circumstances on special orders.

Late Payment Charges: If a scheduled Layaway payment is more than 30 days late, a $15 late charge will be assessed. If a payment is more than 45 days late, the order will be canceled, the initial deposit will be forfeited and any remaining funds paid will be given back to the buyer.

No Price Adjustments: The price of any item ordered under a layaway plan will be the price on the date the item was ordered, even if the price of the item is later increased or reduced.

CHRISTMAS LAYAWAYS: (Oct 1 - Dec 21) All Christmas Layaways must be paid in Full by December 21, 2014.
